About Our Matcha
All our products are imported directly from Japan. There are no single one that would let you down.
Depending on the factors of hardness of water (soft-hard), the barista's technique, the temperature of the hot water, and the harvested location, the taste, sweetness, the bitterness the umaminess also change. There is no guarantee that the matcha taste the same. And therefore, いちごいちえ(Ichigo Ichie), you serve the best you can make at the time for the person.
